Orders and acceptance

A request sent by WhatsApp is an enquiry. An order is accepted only after our team confirms the available items, final price, any delivery charge, and delivery or pickup details. Product availability and prices may change until confirmation.

Payment

Payment instructions and available payment methods will be shared when the order is confirmed. Never share your card PIN, banking password, or one-time password with anyone. Where a payment provider is used, its terms also apply.

Delivery and service area

We currently serve Lonand and nearby areas subject to availability. Estimated delivery is 1–2 hours after order confirmation, subject to availability and local conditions. We will confirm the expected timing and charges before accepting your order. Please provide accurate contact and address details.
